【摘要】 目的:探讨血液透析联合血液灌流对维持性血液透析患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白介素-10(IL-10)的影响。方法:广东省佛山市顺德第一人民医院透析中心行血液透析患者25例,10例行单纯血液透析治疗,15例行血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,选择10例健康人作为对照组。观察单纯血液透析,血液透析串连血液灌流治疗4次后患者血清TNF-α及IL-10的改变。结果:单纯血液透析治疗前后患者血清TNF-α及IL-10分别为82.47±21.66、80.57±17.18和54.11±22.93、56.87±9.27;血液透析联合血液灌流治疗前后患者血清TNF-α及IL-10分别为86.35±19.25、40.07±21.40和57.64±14.10、30.21±10.54,与单纯血液透析治疗比较,血液透析联合血液灌流治疗能降低患者血清TNF-α及IL-10水平。结论:血液透析联合血液灌流对促炎因子及抗炎因子都有明显清除作用,可改善维持性血液透析患者的微炎症状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis with hemo-perfusion on Proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 25 hemodialysis patients were divided into two groups(A group, n = 10; B group, n = 15),10 patients received 4 times hemodialysis therapy, and 15 ptients received 4 times hemodialysis with hemoperfusion (HD+HP) therapy, Ten sex- and age-matched healthy volunteers served as control. Before and after treatment, Levels of the serum TNF-αand IL-10 were measured and analyzed in A, and control groups Results Before and after hemodialysis treatment, levels of the serum TNF-αand IL-10were respectively 82.47 ± 21.66, 80.57 ± 17.18 and 54.11 ± 22.93, 56.87 ± 9.27. Before and after hemodialysis with hemo- perfusion treatment, levels of the serum TNF-αand IL-10 were respectively 86.35 ± 19.25, 40.07 ± 21.40 and 57.64 ± 14.10,30.21 ± 10.54.After treatment, levels of the serum IL-10 and TNF-α in B group were lower than in A group. Conclusions Hemodialysis with hemo-perfusion can effectively eliminate Proinflammatory and antiinflammatory cytokine, alleviate microinflammation state in maintenance hemodialysis patients.更多还原
