【摘要】 目的:探讨Toll样受体(TLR)4和TLR9在肺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数之间的相关性。方法:RT-PCR和Western blot法检测TLR4和TLR9在mRNA和蛋白水平的表达情况。结果:肺癌组织中TLR4和TLR9的表达高于癌旁正常组织。并且肿瘤细胞的分化程度与TLR4的表达水平呈正相关,而TLR4和TLR9的表达与患者的年龄、性别、吸烟情况、肿瘤组织学类型、淋巴结转移和肿瘤远处转移并没有相关性。结论:TLR4和TLR9在肺癌组织中表达上调,TLR4的表达与肺癌细胞的恶性程度具有相关性,表明其可能参与了肺癌的发生发展,为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供一种潜在的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of Toll-like receptors(TLR) 4 and 9 in lung cancer,and the association of the expressions with the clinical and pathological features.Methods mRNA and protein expressions of TLR4 and TLR9 were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.Results The expressions of TLR4 and TLR9 were higher in the cancer tissue than in the normal paracancerous tissue and not related with age,sex,smoking,histological type of tumor,and TNM staging.However,TLR4 expression was positively related with the degree of cell differentiation.Conclusions Both mRNA and protein expressions of TLR4 and TLR9 are upregulated in lung cancer tissue and TLR4 expression is associated with the degree of cell differentiation,suggesting that TLR4 and TLR9 may be involved in the oncogenesis and development of lung cancer.更多还原
