【摘要】 目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肾盂癌中的表达特点,探讨其与微血管密度(MVD)的相关性及临床意义。方法:利用免疫组化方法检测26例肾盂癌病灶的VEGF及CD34表达情况,并计数MVD值,将两指标之间及其与肿瘤的临床分期的关系进行统计学分析。结果:VEGF表达强阳性18例,阳性8例,表达程度与肾盂癌的临床分期呈正相关;不同VEGF表达组间MVD表达差别无显著性;不同肿瘤分期中MVD值差异无显著性。结论:VEGF随肾盂癌临床分期增高而表达增强,但MVD在不同分期中无明显差异。MVD在恶性程度较高的高分期肾盂癌中不随VEGF表达增强而增高,可能与血管通透性增高所致血浆蛋白渗出过多有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the features of VEGF expression in renal pelvic carcinoma and its correlation with MVD and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of VEGF and CD34 in the cancerous tissues were detected in 26 patients by immunohistochemistry and MVD was assessed. The relation of VEGF with MVD, that with the clinical stages, and the relation of MVD with the clinical stages were analyzed respectively. Results VEGF was highly expressed in 18 patients and moderately expressed in 8 patients and the expression level was positively related with the clinical stages. There were no significant differences between the MVD value and both the VEGF expression levels and the clinical stages. Conclusions VEGF expression is increased with the advancing stages but MVD dose not differ significantly in difference stages. MVD in the advanced stages does not enhance with the increasing VEGF expression , which may due to an excessive exudation of plasma proteins caused by the elevation of the vascular permeability.更多还原
