【摘要】 目的分析盐酸氨酮戊酸光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效和安全性。方法92例尖锐湿疣患者,外搽盐酸氨酮戊酸溶液3 h后,用氦-氖激光照射20 min,能量密度100 J/cm2。结果92例患者经过1~5次治疗,均达到完全缓解。在随访的三个月内,有9例患者复发,复发率为9.8%。治疗后无一例患者有瘢痕形成。结论盐酸氨酮戊酸光动力治疗尖锐湿疣疗效好、安全性高、复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect and safety of photodynamic therapy(PDT) with topical aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride(ALA) on condylomata acuminate. Methods Ninety-two patients with condylomata acuminate were given topical ALA followed by 20-minute irradiation with He-Ne laser,and the light-dose regimen was 100 J/cm2. Results All the lesions of 92 patients completely disappeared through 1～5 times treatment of ALA-PDT.The recurrence rate calculated for 3 months was 9.8%(9/92).No scar formed. Conclusion ALA-PDT is an effective and safe treatment for condylomata acuminate,and with the lower recurrence rate.更多还原
