【摘要】 目的探索社区高血压预防和控制的干预模式。方法与社区高血压患者签订契约,并进行为期3年的综合干预,比较干预前后患者的知晓率、控制率以及血压水平。结果高血压患者健康知识知晓率达到79.7%,规律服药率达到89.1%,血压有效控制率达51.3%;收缩压平均下降了10.83mmHg,舒张压平均下降了8.15mmHg,干预前后差异有统计学意义。结论以控制危险因素为基本手段,对高血压患者采取多方位干预,以签订契约为基本手段,改善患者的遵医行为,是控制患者血压的有效模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the proper intervention model for prevention and control of hypertension in community.Methods Every hypertensive patient in the study was signed a contract to perform comprehensive intervention for a 3-year period.The awareness rate,the control rate,and the blood pressure level of the patients in the study were compared before and after intervention.Results The rates of health knowledge awareness,treatment,and control were 79.7%,89.1%,and 51.3%,respectively.Systolic pressure of the patients was decreased 10.83 mmHg in average and diastolic pressure was decreased 8.15 mmHg averagely,the difference was statistically significant between before and after intervention.Conclusions Based on community contract model,taking comprehensive prevention and treatment for the population with high risk is the effective mode for hypertension control.更多还原
