【摘要】 目的探讨环孢菌素A(CsA)联合丙酸睾酮治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法60例CAA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用丙酸睾酮治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予CsA治疗。治疗结束后评价临床疗效,检测两组外周血白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)水平,观察不良反应。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为83.3%,显著高于对照组(46.7%),相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者外周血WBC、Hb、PLT明显升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CsA联合丙酸睾酮治疗CAA疗效显著,不良反应小,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of combination of cyclosporin A(CsA)and testosterone propionate on chronic aplastic anemia(CAA)and its adverse reactions.Methods Sixty CAA patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of control group were given the treatment of testosterone propionate injection,while the patients of treatment group in the basis of the control group were given the combination treatment of CsA and testosterone propionate injection.The clinical effect was evaluated after treatment,the peripheral white blood cells(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),platelet(PLT)were detected,and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(46.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peripheral WBC,Hb and PLT levels of the two groups were significantly increased,there were statistically significant differences between before and after treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the peripheral WBC,Hb and PLT levels of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CsA combined with testosterone propionate has significant therapeutic effect and small adverse reactions in treating CAA,which is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
