【摘要】 目的了解沧州市居民艾滋病相关知识、态度现状。方法调查沧州市居民3491人,调查内容包括被调查者的基本情况、艾滋病相关知识、艾滋病相关法律法规、对艾滋病病人的态度以及健康教育情况等。结果艾滋病相关知识各项内容的知晓率在9.9%～95.8%之间,其中对三条主要传播途径知晓率在82.5%～90.7%之间,艾滋病的非传播途径各项内容的知晓率在9.9%～53.8%之间,艾滋病的预防措施各项内容的知晓率在69.6%～86.1%之间;对"四免一关怀"各项内容的知晓率在51.2%～60.2%之间,16.5%的人知道艾滋病患者不限制结婚,37.5%的人知道不应限制艾滋病患者的行动,表示可以和艾滋病病毒感染者或患者一起工作者占35%,允许子女和艾滋病病毒感染者或患者子女一起上学者占23.3%;获取艾滋病相关知识的途径依次是电视、报刊杂志、宣传材料、网络、专题讲座,易接受的途径依次为电视、宣传材料、报刊杂志、专题讲座、网络。结论被调查者艾滋病相关知识知晓率相差悬殊,艾滋病相关法律法规知晓率低,对艾滋病病人有歧视倾向,获得艾滋病相关知识的途径和易接受的途径主要是电视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current status of AIDS-related knowledge and attitude among the residents in Cangzhou.Methods Totally 3,491 residents of Cangzhou were included in our study.Their basic information,general knowledge on AIDS,AIDS-related regulation,attitude toward AIDS patients,and health education were investigated.Results The awareness rate of the content about AIDS was between 9.9% and 95.8%,and the awareness rate of the three main transmission ways was between 82.5% and 90.7%,the awareness rate of the non-transmission ways about AIDS was between 9.9% and 53.8%,and the awareness rate of the preventive measures was between 69.6% and 86.1%.The awareness rate about every content of "Four Frees and One Care" was between 51.2% and 60.2%,about 16.5% persons knew that AIDS patients are allowed to get married,about 37.5% persons knew that AIDS patient’s action should not be restricted,35% persons thought that they can work together with them and 23.3% persons permitted their children learning together with AIDS patients or their children.The main ways of acquiring AIDS knowledge were television,newspapers and magazines,propaganda materials,internet,and seminar in sequence.The easy acceptance ways were television,propaganda materials,newspapers and magazines,seminar,and network in sequence.Conclusions The awareness rate of AIDS general knowledge is quite different among the investigatees,the awareness rate of AIDS-related regulation is low among them,and they tend to discriminate against AIDS patients.The main way and the easy acceptance way of acquiring AIDS-related knowledge are both from television.更多还原
