【摘要】 目的探讨高温、噪声联合暴露工人高血压发病及心电图的改变。方法对某陶瓷厂生产工人422名男性工人(暴露组235人,对照组187人),采用问卷、现场调查及环境监测、测量血压及描记心电图的方法。结果暴露组高血压患病率(21.4%)明显高于对照组(10.3%),经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),RR为2.26;随工龄增加,高血压患病率在>15年工龄段暴露组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);暴露组心电图异常者占20.4%,对照组心电图异常者占10.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),RR为2.27。结论长时间高温、噪声作业是造成高血压和心电图异常改变的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate hypertension incidence and change of ECG in the workers exposed to joint action of high temperature and noise. Methods Totally 422 male workers in a ceramic factory were sampled to divide into exposure group (n=235) and control group (n=187). Questionnaire survey,field survey,and environmental monitoring were conducted among them. Their blood-pressure was measured and ECG was recorded. Results The incidence rate of hypertension in exposure group (21.4%) was significantly higher than that of control group (10.3%); statistical analysis showed a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01) and the relative risk (RR) was 2.26. With the increase of service years,the hypertension incidence of workers with 15 service years in exposure group was significantly higher than that in control group,and there was a significant difference between them (P<0.01). The rate of ECG change was 20.4% in the workers of exposure group,while that was 10.2% in the workers of control group; there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.01),and the relative risk(RR) was 2.27. Conclusions Long-term exposure to joint action of high-temperature and noise working condition is a risk factor that causes hypertension and change of ECG.更多还原
