【摘要】 目的了解安徽省农村老年人慢性病患病情况及相关因素。方法采用自编问卷和现场体格检查的方法对安徽省部分农村地区751名60岁以上的老年居民进行了慢性病患病现状及患病危险因素调查,并进行了多因素Logis-tic回归分析。结果老年人慢性病患病率为70.5%;疾病患病顺位依次为高血压、关节炎、慢性胃肠炎、慢性支气管炎、白内障等;各种慢性病危险因素在老年人中普遍存在;患慢性病对老年人的睡眠质量造成了很大的影响。结论老年人慢性病患病率高,同时慢性病是危害老年人健康的主要问题。为了降低农村老年人的慢性病患病率和提高其生活质量,应加强对慢性病的防治和通过健康教育提高人群的自我保健意识,开展健康促进,提倡良好的生活方式和行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the incidence of chronic diseases and the associated factors among the senile residents in rural areas of Anhui Province. Methods Health examination was carried out and influencing factors survey was conducted with a self-design questionnaire among 751 rural senile residents in Anhui Province.The data were arranged with multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results The incidence rate of chronic diseases was 70.5%.The prevalence of chronic diseases was in sequence of hypertension,arthrophlogosis,chronic gastroenteritis,chronic bronchitis,cataract,and so on.Many dangerous behaviors of chronic disease existed in common.Meanwhile,sleep quality was closely related to chronic diseases. Conclusions The incidence rate of chronic diseases is high and it is the major problem affecting senile residents’ health,for reducing the high prevalence and improving life qualities of the senile residents,some measures should be taken,such as: enhancing the chronic diseases preventive treatments,developing the health education in communities,improving self-preventive alertness,and promoting healthy life style and behavior.更多还原
