【摘要】 目的探讨肺癌患者外周血T细胞亚群的表达及其临床意义。方法应用流式细胞仪检测60例肺癌患者和60例健康者的外周血T细胞亚群的表达情况。结果外周血T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+表达,肺癌患者与正常人群比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期肺癌患者与Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期肺癌患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论肺癌患者外周血T细胞亚群异常,晚期肺癌患者机体免疫下降更为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with lung carcinoma.Methods Venous blood was obtained from60patients with lung carcinoma and60healthy volunteers.Percentages of T lymphocyte subsets were measured by flow cytometry.Results Compared to the controls,60patients with lung carcinoma had significant differences in the percentages of CD3 +,CD4 +,and CD8 +T cells and the CD4+/ CD8+ratio(P<0.001).There was also significant difference in the percentages of T lymphocyte subsets between earlier carcinoma(stage I andⅡ)and advanced carcinoma(stageⅢandⅣ)(P<0.001).Conclusions Abnormal T lym-phocyte subsets exist in the peripheral blood of patients with lung carcinoma,and the immunity of patients with advanced lung carcinoma significantly decreases.更多还原
