丽江野生香薷籽油急性毒性和对高脂血症小鼠血脂水平的影响

【摘要】 目的评价丽江野生香薷籽油急性毒性,探讨其对高脂血症小鼠血脂水平的影响,为深入研究提供依据。方法采用《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》最大耐受量法对受试物进行大鼠、小鼠急性毒性实验;采用高脂饲料致小鼠高脂血症模型给予受试物,观察对小鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的影响。结果野生香薷籽油以急性毒性半数致死量(LD50)毒性分级属实际无毒。连续灌胃7 d时高剂量组对TC有效(P<0.05),14 d时高、中剂量皆有效(P<0.01),而且三剂量间有量效关系。但对降低TG不明显。结论香薷籽油对脂质代谢存在一定的调节作用,其降血脂作用有待于进一步深入研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the acute toxicity of wild Elsholtzia seed oil from Lijiang and to investigate its influence on plasma lipid level of mice with hyperlipidemia. Methods Acute toxicity test on both rats and mice was carried out by giving them maximum tolerance dose according to Procedures and Methods for Toxicolohical Assessment on Food Safety.Besides,we fed mouse model of hyperlipidemia resulting from high fat diet with test sample and then observed its influence on total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) in the sera of mice. Results The results indicated that acute toxicity LD50 of Elsholtzia seed oil was classified as no toxicity.Only by high dose of Elsholtzia seed oil could reduce serum TC when the mice were administered by gastric perfusion on 7 successive days(P<0.05),while both high dose and moderate dose were able to reduce TC in the serum when the mice were given Elsholtzia seed oil by gavage for 14 days(P<0.01).There was a dose-effect relationship among the three dosages.Meanwhile,the results showed no pronounced effect on the decrease of TG in the serum of mice. Conclusions Elsholtzia seed oil may influence lipid metabolism to some extent,but its effect of reducing blood lipid awaits further study.
