【摘要】 目的:探讨胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤(SPTP)免疫表型及临床病理特征。方法:对2例SPTP的临床表现、病理学改变、免疫组化等进行分析,并复习相关文献。结果:2例均为女性,且术后无复发。肿瘤有包膜,囊实性相间。瘤细胞围绕纤维血管排列形成假乳头状结构是特征性组织学改变。免疫组化2例肿瘤细胞均阳性的抗体有Vimentin、AAT、CD56、PCNA、MMP9、C-erbB2、Pgp。病例1部分细胞CK7、CD117、β-catenin阳性,病例2部分细胞Syn、CD10阳性。结论:SPTP是低度恶性肿瘤,多发生在年轻女性,可能来源于多能干细胞。虽然大部分肿瘤呈良性过程,但具有侵袭性行为。免疫组化检测对其组织来源及生物学行为具有提示意义,并可辅助诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:TO explore the clinicopathologic features and the immunohistochemical expression in solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas(SPTP).Methods:The clinical manifestations,pathological features and immunohistochemical results in 2 cases of SPTP were analyzed by HE sections,PAS staining and immunohistochemistry(S-P method).Results: 2 patients with SPTP were both females and had no recurrence after tumor resection.Both tumors were encapsulated and solid alternately with cystic change.Histological features were psudopapillary structure with a fibrovascular core.Immunohistochemistry examination showed that Vimentin,AAT,CD56,PCNA,MMP9,C-erbB2,Pgp were all positive in two cases of SPTP.CK7,CD117,β-catenin,Syn,CD10 were positive in one case.Conclusion: SPTP is a tumor with low malignancy of the pancreas that most frequently affect young females.SPTP may derived from multipotent stem cells.There is a benign clinical course in the most SPTP,but the tumor has a aggressive behavior.Immunohistochemical study could could sugsest.the origin and the biological behavior of SPTP.Immunohistochemistry is important to the diagnosis of SPTP.更多还原
