【摘要】 目的实施护士分层级管理模式,以提高护理质量。方法以实施护士分层级管理模式的试点科室为研究对象,比较实施护士分层级管理模式前后的护理质量情况。结果实施分层级管理模式后,病房管理质量、消毒隔离质量、护理文件书写质量、基础护理质量、患者与家属满意度、护士工作满意度以及其他各项护理工作质量指标均较前有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论实施护士分层级管理模式可有效全面提高护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the quality of nursing by implementing nurse grading management mode.Method The nursing quality was studied and compared before and after practicing nurse grading management in the selected department,in which nurse grading management was conducted.Results Several aspects of quality control in nursing are significantly increased after the nurse grading management implemented,including wards’ management,disinfection and isolation,nursing document writing,basic nursing caring,patients’ satisfaction,nurses’ working satisfaction and other nursing caring quality indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice of nurse grading management mode can increase the nursing quality comprehensively and effectively.更多还原
