【摘要】 目的对中药靶向制剂研究进行了综述。方法查阅21篇文献,对靶向制剂的分类与作用特点,中药靶向制剂的研究进展进行了分别综述。结果靶向制剂可以选择性地作用于靶组织,并提高其药理作用强度和降低全身的不良反应,是一种比较理想的给药方式。但中药靶向制剂还处在基础研究阶段,其研究主要是单一有效成分,复方制剂很少。因为目前的靶向给药系统的设计、制备和质量评价理论适用于单一成分的药物,不适合于成分繁多、理化性质复杂的中药。因此,应首先选择药味较少、作用显著、著名中药复方来作为中药复方靶向制剂研究的突破口。结论中药靶向制剂将成为中药制剂的一个重要发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Targeted drug system can selectively be functioned in target tissues,which is a good way of administration,because it makes the pharmacologic action stronger and makes the systematic adverse effect lower.But targeted drug system for traditional Chinese medicine is still in the basic research stage.This paper overview the studies about targeted drug system of traditional Chinese medicine,targeted drug system for traditional Chinese medicine will be an important development direction of Chinese medicine preparation.更多还原
