【摘要】 目的了解我院外科抗菌药物使用情况,为临床药师下临床提出整改意见作铺垫。方法采取分层法随机抽取某医院外科2008年1-6月住院病例共计234份,对病例作回顾性调查分析。结果234例手术病人用药中,抗菌药物的使用率高达100%,存在用药指征不明确、疗程过长、抗菌药物的联合应用不当等方面的问题。其中二联用药145例,三联及三联以上用药60例。结论应进一步规范围手术期抗菌药物的使用,临床药师应积极参与围手术期用药的讨论,加强与医师的沟通,进一步提高抗菌药物的合理使用水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comprehending the situation of the usage of antibacterials in surgery departments and make the reform opinions which will be suggested for the clinical pharmacists.Methods By using layering in draw off 234 surgical patients randomly during the period of Jan.to Jun.2008 in certain hospital surgry departments,and make a retrospective survey in the cases.Results The utilization of the antibacterials reached up to 100 percent in the usage of 234 operated patients.There are many problems such as the unclear medicational indication,the overlong course of the treatment and the unproperty of the unite utilization,etc.the digeminy included 145 cases,while the trigeminy and above included 60 cases.Conclusions The usage standards of antibacterials during peroperative period should be defined further.The clinical pharmacists should participate to the discussion of the medication in peroperative period,the communication with the doctor should be enhanced.更多还原
