【摘要】 目的建立白头翁汤中白头翁皂苷B4含量测定的RP-HPLC法。方法采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(体积比28∶72)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长205 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果白头翁皂苷B4质量浓度在0.1~1.5 g.L-1内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);平均加样回收率为103.1%,RSD为1.2%(n=9);重复性RSD为1.6%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,为白头翁汤及其新剂型改进提供了一种质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of pulchinenoside B4 in Pulsatillae(traditional Chinese medicine) decoction.Methods Chromatagraphy was performed on a Hypersil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃ and 205 nm.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(V∶V=28∶72,) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1-1.5 g·L-1(r=0.999 8);The average recovery was 99.0% and RSD was 1.6%(n=9);The RSD of reproducibility was 1.6%(n=5).Conclusions The method is simple,accurate with good reproducibility.It can provide a method of quality assessment for Pulsatillae decoction.更多还原
