【摘要】 目的探讨应用CT扫描诊断鼻咽结核的价值。方法收集我院从1999年12月至2006年12月9例经临床及鼻咽活检证实为鼻咽结核,而当时CT误诊为鼻咽癌患者,包括8例平扫和1例增强扫描进行了重新回顾性分析。结果CT显示6例酷似鼻咽腺样体肥大,表现为鼻咽顶部对称性增厚,密度均匀或不均匀,但邻近肌组织不累及。2例发生于鼻咽咽鼓管开口,但头长肌正常。1例表现为口咽部对称性增厚。无1例有相应颅底骨质破坏。结论鼻咽结核有些特殊的CT征象,结合临床所见可作出正确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical values of CT scan in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal tuberculosis.Methods Nine patients who were previously CT misdiagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma and subsequent biopsy demonstrated as nasopharyngeal tuberculosis were collected from December 1999 to December 2006 in our hospital.CT findings of all the patients in whom 8 underwent conventional CT scans and 1 underwent additional contrast-enhanced CT scan were analyzed retrospectively.Results On CT images of 9 cases,six patients whose nasopharyngeal tuberculosis masses mimicked adenoid body hypertrophy of nasopharynx,appearing as symmetric thickening of nasopharyngeal top with homogeneous-or nonhomogeneous density but no neighbour muscle tissues were involved.Two patients whose masses were located in pharyngeal crypts.One patient whose mass appeared as symmetric thickening of oropharynx.Conclusion Nasopharyngeal tuberculosis has certain CT features while the combination of CT and clinical manifestatians may make the definite diagnosis of this disease.更多还原
