【摘要】 甲状腺功能低下影响神经系统的发育,导致面瘫,听力障碍。本病例出生后即被确诊为甲状腺功能低下、右侧周围性面瘫。后经进一步检查确认有甲状腺发育不全,内听道狭窄,右侧耳听功能丧失。其母亲孕期有糖尿病及应用胰岛素的病史,有可能导致面神经、前庭蜗神经发育不全。该病例是否为一新的综合征需要进一步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facial paralysis and sensorineural hearing loss caused by hypothyroidism that works on nerve systems before born.Congenital hypothyroidism and facial paralysis of right side appeared since birth.Clinical assessment show defines of thyroid glands and stenosis of inner auditory canal and right ear hearing loss.The history of his mother’s diabetes and injection of insulin during pregnancy may be express the reasons that cause facial nerve and VIII anaphasia.Congenital hypothyroidism and facial paralysis and sensorineural hearing loss maybe a new syndrome.更多还原
