【摘要】 目的研究肝再生磷酸酶(PRLs)、早期生长反应因子-1(Egr-1)在胃癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测胃癌组织、癌旁及正常胃黏膜中PRLs、Egr-1 mRNA的表达水平。采用Western blot方法检测胃癌组织、癌旁及正常胃黏膜中PRLs、Egr-1蛋白的表达水平。结果PRLs和Egr-1在基因水平及蛋白水平均可在部分胃癌组织、癌旁、正常胃黏膜中检测到;在基因水平及蛋白水平的检测均发现,PRLs和Egr-1在胃癌组织中表达最高,癌旁次之,在正常组织表达最弱(P<0.05);Egr-1蛋白的阳性表达率与胃癌淋巴结转移、肿瘤TNM分期相关。结论PRLs和Egr-1的表达与胃癌的发生发展相关,Egr-1蛋白的检测对胃癌预后判定有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of phosphatases in regenerating liver(PRLs) and early growth response factor-1(Egr-1) in gastric cancer.Method The expression of PRLs and Egr-1 mRNA was examined by RT-PCR,and the expression of PRLs and Egr-1 protein was examined by western blot.Results PRLs mRNA,PRLs protein,Egr-1 mRNA and Egr-1 protein could be detected in some of cases,and they expressed higher in gastric carcinoma specimens than in para-tumorous tissues and expressed the lowest in normal gastric mucosa(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Egr-1 protein had a close correlation with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages in gastric cancer. Conclusion The high expression level of PRLs and Egr-1 in gastric cancer tissues implys that they may have a significant impact on the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.The expression of Egr-1 protein has an impact on the prognosis gastric cancer.更多还原
