【摘要】 目的比较眩晕宁联合盐酸氟桂利嗪与单用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足引起眩晕的临床疗效。方法将100例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者随机均分成两组各50例,治疗组口服眩晕宁3片,每日3次,盐酸氟桂利嗪10mg,每日1次,睡前服用。对照组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪10mg,每日1次,睡前服用,疗程均为60d。两组患者治疗前均未用同类钙拮抗剂。观察两组患者的疗效及治疗前后血流动力学和症状变化。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血液流变学各指标间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眩晕宁片加用盐酸氟桂利嗪能显著提高椎-基底动脉供血不足引起眩晕的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of using Xuanyunning with Sibelium in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods 100 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group.Fifty patients in the therapeutic group were given Xuanyunning 3 tablets tid and 10mg of Sibelium sid at night for 60 days,whereas the other 50 patients were treated routinely with Xuanyunning 3 tablets tid as the control group.And abserving the different of blood flow velocity and clinical symptom between pre-post treatment.Results Used traditional Chinesemedicine Xuanyunning,pre-post treatment are significant with thanscranical colour doppler(TCD)and clinical symptom.Blood flow velocity and clinical symptom in pre-post treatment contrast are significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Xuanyunning with Sibelium is effective for treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.更多还原
