【摘要】 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭急性加重的诱因。方法回顾性分析我院2007年7月—2008年10月收治169例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料。结果其中以感染为诱因的71例,药物使用不当38例,心律失常20例,原发心脏病加重为诱因的15例,劳累、情绪激动为诱因的10例,其他诱因的15例。结论感染,尤其是呼吸道感染是慢性心力衰竭急性加重的主要诱因,药物使用不当也是心力衰竭急性加重的重要诱因。对于慢性心功能不全患者给予防治呼吸道感染,动态监测患者的用药过程是非常重要的。社区卫生服务中心的医生对这种慢性疾病患者应给予更多的关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the factors inducing acute attack in chronic heart failure,enlarge the healthy knowledge,and reduce hospitalized time.Methods The reducing factors of 169 patients who had acute attack diagnoses of chronic heart failure were studied retrospectively from July 2007 to October 2008.There are 71 patients whose reducing factors were respiratory infection.30 patients were the side effect of the drugs.20 patients were arrhythmia.15 patients were heart disease.10 patients were tiredness and emotional agitation.15 patients were the other inducing factors.Results Infection,especially respiratory infection,was the main factor inducing acute attack of the chronic heart failure.The side effects of the drugs also were an important reason for this disease.Conclusion Treatment for infection and monitoring the using of the drugs are very important role to the patients who suffered chronic heart failure.The more attention should be paid to these chronic heart diseases in community medical healthy center.更多还原
