【摘要】 目的观察泪管引流管植入术治疗泪管阻塞的临床护理效果。方法采用硅橡胶泪管引流管,在泪管和鼻腔黏膜表麻下经上下泪小点植入,治疗泪管阻塞56例68眼,术中泪管注入氧氟沙星眼膏。术前泪管冲洗确定泪管阻塞,检查确定泪管无分泌物。术前沟通,术中心理疏导,术后健康教育。结果本组56例(68眼)术中均成功植入泪管引流管,术后3个月拔管,拔管后随访3～36个月,平均随访13个月。溢泪消失,冲洗泪管通畅51眼(75.00%);轻度溢泪,冲洗泪管通而不畅11眼(16.18%);流泪,冲洗不通6眼(8.82%);总有效62眼(91.17%)。结论泪管引流管植入术治疗泪管阻塞是一种简便、安全、有效、费用低、并发症少、外观不受影响的方法,术前良好的心理准备,术中娴熟的技术及术后细心护理并坚持随访,是手术成功的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observation of lacrimal drainage tube implants in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction effect of clinical care.Methods The treatment of 56 cases of lacrimal duct obstruction on 68 eyes,using the silicone rubber lacrimal drainage tube implants.Preoperative lacrimal washing,to determine whether lacrimal(ducts) obstruction,and to inspect without lacrimal secretions.Preoperative communication,psychological during operation,post-operative health education.Results Lacrimal drainage tube implantation has fewer complications and significant effect than the original treatments.Conclusion Lacrimal drainage tube implants in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction is a simple,safe,effective,low-cost,fewer complications,the appearance of the method will not be affected.Good pre-operative psychological preparation,intraoperative skilled technical,careful post-operative care,and adhere to follow-up are the protections of a successful surgery.更多还原
