【摘要】 目的探讨完全性右束支阻滞伴无人区电轴心电图改变特征及临床意义。方法通过常规12导联同步心电图对11例完全性右束支阻滞伴无人区电轴心电图进行回顾性分析。结果60岁以上老年患者占90.9%,V5导联R/S均≤1。肺心病患者占72.7%,多伴有右心衰。结论完全性右束支阻滞伴无人区电轴多见于老年肺心病晚期,预后差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the electrocardiogram characteristics of No Man’s Land and clinical significance of complete right bundle branch block. Methods Retrospective analysis of 12-lead ECG and No Man’s Land of 11 cases with both complete right bundle branch block. Results 90.9% of the 11 cases were patients aged>60 years with V5 R/S ≤1,72.7% were patients with cor pulmonale,and most of them had right heart failure. Conclusion Complete right bundle branch block with No Man’s Land was mainly found in senile patients at the late phase of cor pulmonale and they had poor prognosis.更多还原
