【Abstract】 Through the integration of the original experimental teaching resources,enhancement of capital investment for hardware and optimization of the allocation of teachers,a new experimental teaching system and a new school internship base were established.With the construction of experimental teaching system and school internship base,the quality of experimental teaching was promoted and the engineering characteristic of food science and engineering education was formed.In conclusion,the experimental teaching system can supply comprehensive solution to train students’ engineering ability and innovation of science and technology.更多还原
