【Abstract】 Based on China’s current energy situation,this paper analyzed the energy structure of the domestic cooker.Four commonly used domestic cooktops were selected as a test target cooker,and experimental study of their energy efficiency was made.The primary energy efficiency was analyzed using a thermodynamic viewpoint, which educes that gas cooker has the most energy-saving effect,so the application rate of gas cooker should be increased.更多还原
