【摘要】 脉冲袋式过滤器滤袋失效形式主要有袋口撕裂、表面粉尘粘结和不可恢复性堵塞等。从袋式过滤器除尘的工作过程及清灰机理对高密度聚乙烯装置粉料输送系统脉冲袋式过滤器滤袋失效问题进行了分析,提出了相应的改进措施,延长了袋式过滤器滤袋的使用寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 The failure of the bag within the bag filter in pneumatic conveyor system of HDPE powder in HDPE unit was investigated.The failure ways of filter bag are the filter bag breakage,powder conglutination on the bag,the pressure drop overrun.The failure cause of filter bag according to the process and mechanism of bag filter was analyzed,improvement measures and suggestions to prolong service time of the bag filter were presented.更多还原
