【摘要】 目的探讨葛脾煎剂对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠肾病的保护作用及作用机制。方法高脂高糖饲料加小剂量链脲佐菌素建立T2DM大鼠模型,随机分为正常对照组(n=10)、糖尿病模型组(n=11)、葛脾煎剂组(n=11)和苯那普利组(n=11);8周处死大鼠,取血、尿、肾标本,检测血糖、肾功能、肾脏指数、TG、TC、MCP-1、TNF-α、IL-6及24hUAlb水平。结果与糖尿病组相比,葛脾煎剂组的MCP-1、TNF-α、IL-6和24hUAlb水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论葛脾煎剂可能对糖尿病大鼠的肾病有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Ge Pi Decoction in rats with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Diabetic nephropathy rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin and feeding with high fat and high carbohydrate diet.Rats were divided into control group(n=10),diabetes model group(n=11),Ge Pi Decoction group(n=11),and Benazepril group(n=9).All rats were sacrificed after 8 weeks and the blood,urine and kidney samples were collected.The level of FBG,TC,TG,KHI,MCP-1,TNF-α,IL-6 and 24hUAlb were determined in the both groups.Results The level of FPG,MCP-1,TNF-α,IL-6 and 24h UAlb in the Ge Pi Decoction group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Ge Pi Decoction has protective effect on nephropathy of diabetic rats.更多还原
