【摘要】 目的了解浙江西南地区基层医院防疫人员艾滋病相关法律知识掌握现况,指导政府培训教育。方法分县区随机抽样乡镇卫生院共48所及各县区医院12所,各医院随机抽不同岗位的医务人员,问卷调查其艾滋病相关法律认知情况。结果防疫人员在HIV自愿检测、感染者的告之及职业暴露的处理等问题,认知水平高于其他医务人员(P<0.05)。卫生院防疫人员在孕妇HIV检测知情同意及收费、职业暴露处理等问题,认知水平低于县医院(P<0.05)。基层医院医务人员(含防疫人员)AIDS相关法律知识水平总体不高(平均48.5%～53.8%)。结论浙江西南地区基层医院防疫人员艾滋病相关法律认知水平仍较低,建议强化对基层医院防疫人员艾滋病相关法律知识的培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the cognition on AIDS related laws among disease-preventing workers in primary hospitals and provide guidance for the related government departments in the training and education.Methods 48 township-level healthcare centers and 12 county or district-level hospitals were selected randomly.A survey on the cognition on AIDS-related laws was conducted among the randomly-selected workers from all positions.Results In terms of voluntary HIV testing,informing of HIV-infection and the treatment of occupational exposure,the cognition level among disease-preventing workers was higher than that in other medical workers(P<0.05).In terms of HIV test acknowledgement in pregnant women,the charge,and the treatment of occupational exposure,the cognition level in disease-preventing workers was lower than that in county-level hospital staff(P<0.05).In general,the cognition level on AIDS-related laws was low among primary healthcare workers,ranging from 48.5% to 53.8%.Conclusion The level of the cognition on AIDS related laws is still low among primary healthcare workers in the southwest of Zhejiang province,thus related training and education ought to be strengthened.更多还原
