【摘要】 目的比较临床体检、钼靶X线检查、超声检查三种方法在乳腺癌筛查中的价值,探讨基层医院乳腺癌筛查的适宜方法。方法选取当地3031名45～65岁妇女采用临床体检+钼靶X线检查+超声检查(共3项检查)的检查方案,钼靶X线及超声检查至少一项为阳性或可疑者行手术病理检查来确诊乳腺癌,比较3种方法在乳腺癌筛查中的价值。结果通过3项检查,阳性+可疑检出36例,占1.1880%,经病理确诊乳腺癌7例,占0.2310%;临床体检筛查3031例,阳性+可疑检出32例,占1.0560%,经病理确诊乳腺癌5例,占0.1650%;钼靶X线检查3031例,阳性+可疑检出率为12例,占0.3959%,病理证实乳腺癌6例,占0.1980%;B超检查3031例,阳性+可疑检出29例,占0.9568%,病理证实乳腺癌4例,占0.1320%。结论筛查工作能够提高乳腺癌检出率,先体检,然后结合超声检查确定可疑人群,最后对可疑人群进行钼靶X线检查的方法在基层医院有利于乳腺癌筛查的开展,有一定的推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance of clinical examination,mammography,and ultrasonography in breast cancer screen and explore the proper way of breast cancer screen in grassXroots unit hospital.Methods 3031 local women aged from 45 to 65 were chosen and performed the combined examination(3 examinations in all).In mammography and ultrasonography,the women who were at least positive in one item or suspicious underwent operative biopsy to confirm breast cancer.The three approaches in beast cancer screen were compared.Results According to combined examinations,36 women were positive or suspicious(1.1880%).7 cases were confirmed(0.2310%).32 in clinical examination(1.0560%).5 were confirmed(0.1650%).12 among the 3031 women in mammography(0.3959%).6 were confirmed(0.1980%)through pathology.29 among the 3031 in ultrasonography,(0.9568%).4 were confirmed(0.1320%).Conclusion Screen can improve positive rate in patients with breast cancer.Clinical examination combined with ultrasonography can detect suspicious cases.The patients can be further confirmed by mammography.Breast cancer screen is easy to carry out in this way,and should be introduced.更多还原
