【摘要】 目的探讨基础麻醉+蛛网膜下腔阻滞在小儿腹部手术中的应用效果。方法选择60例5～7岁ASAⅠ～Ⅲ级行腹部手术的小儿患者,在基础麻醉下行蛛网膜下腔阻滞(按椎管长度给药,布比卡因0.15mg/cm),用药后观察镇痛效果、肌松效果,持续监测NIBP(MAP)、ECG、HR、SpO2,记录患儿术中恶心呕吐及术后随访麻醉后恶心呕吐、头痛、背痛、尿潴留等不良反应的发生情况。结果麻醉效果满意,并发症少,安全性高。结论基础麻醉+蛛网膜下腔阻滞用于小儿腹部手术,起效快,麻醉效果确切,用药量小,副作用少,是一种安全有效的麻醉方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of basic anaesthesia associated with subarachnoid block on pediatric ventral operation.Methods Sixty ASAⅠ-Ⅲ children were operated with basic anaesthesia associated with subarachnoid block.The children were received 0.5% bupivacaine 0.15 mg/spinal length.The effect of basic anaesthesia associated with subarachnoid block in ventral operation for children was evaluated.The vital signs of the kids were recorded during the surgery.Results It has satisfied results of anesthetic effect,with less complications and high security.Conclusion Basic anaesthesia associated with subarachnoid block is a safe and effective anesthetic method for pediatric ventral operation.更多还原
