【摘要】 目的探索促进高龄冠心病并存骨质疏松患者顺利康复的舒适护理方法。方法对37例年龄≥80岁冠心病并存骨质疏松患者实施舒适护理,使患者身心处于最佳状态,积极配合治疗护理。结果全组顺利康复,37例患者出院时生活质量测量明显高于入院时(P<0.01),随诊8～20个月,未发现心绞痛、心律失常、心肌梗塞及腰背疼痛、活动受限等症状。结论对高龄冠心病并存骨质疏松患者实施舒适护理,有助于其维持良好的物理环境和社会环境,减轻不适,改善生活质量,促进康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method of comfort care to promote patients rehabilitation in senile patients with coronary heart disease and osteoporosis.MethodsComfort care was carried out in 37 sensile patients over 80-year old with coronary heart disease and osteoporosis.It made the patients in the best physical and mental status and actively cooperate with the therapy and treatment.ResultsAll patients recoverd.The life quality of these patients at discharge was better than that at admission,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).The symptoms of angina,arrhythmia,myocardial infarction,low back pain and limited activity were not found in the patients in 8-20 months follow-up.ConclusionComfort care is an effective method of decreasing discomfort and improving rehabilitation ability in the senile patients with coronary heart disease and osteoporosis.更多还原
