【摘要】 目的探讨曲美他嗪对冠心病伴糖尿病心力衰竭(心衰)患者的影响。方法对118例冠心病伴糖尿病并出现心衰的患者随机分为A、B组各59例。两组的基本用药类同,A组另给曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d;B组加用谷维素10mg,3次/d。疗程52周,定期门诊随访,观察实验前、后临床心功能NYHA分级,明尼苏达心衰生活质量评分,超声心动图检查等项目。结果A组与B组对比,心功能改善(P<0.05),生活质量提高(P<0.05),超声心动图指标改善(P<0.05),病情恶化减少(P<0.05)。结论冠心病伴糖尿病的心衰患者长期服用曲美他嗪可使心功能改善,生活质量提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Trimetazidine on coronary heart disease combined with diabetes and heart failure.Methods118 cases of coronary heart disease combined with diabetes and chronic heart failure were randomly divided into group A(n=59) and group B(n=59).Based on the routine therapy,group A received Trimetazidine(TMZ) 20mg tid and group B received Oryzanol 10 mg tid.The course was 52 weeks in both groups.The NYHA grading,Heart failure Questionnaire score and echocardiogram indexes were evaluated.ResultsThe heart function,echocardiogram indexes and QOL of the patients in the group A were improved obviously,there was statistical significance as compared to group B(P<0.05).ConclusionThe Trimetazidine can improve the heart function and QOL for coronary heart disease patients with diabetes and heart failure.更多还原
