【摘要】 目的研究探讨应用不同美白技术治疗变色牙的临床疗效及稳定性。方法将120例共计266颗不同类型的牙变色的患者随机分为三组:Beyond冷光美白组40例89颗、Tree家用牙齿美白套装组42例89颗、PolaO ffice诊室单纯漂白剂组(对照组)38例88颗,分别进行相应处理,应用VITA比色板测量漂白前后牙齿的亮度等级,并记录比较和进行统计学分析。结果经三种方法处理过的变色牙症状均有所改善。Beyond冷光美白组(有效率95.51%)和Tree家用牙齿美白套装组(有效率93.26%)的疗效明显优于对照组(有效率53.41%),P<0.01;而Beyond冷光美白组与Tree家用牙齿美白套装组之间差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Beyond冷光美白组与Tree家用牙齿美白套装组对不同类型的变色牙的治疗均有效,但是前者更为简便省时。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy and stability of different whitening technology in treating of discolored teeth.Methods120 patients with a total of 266 different types of discolored teeth were randomly divided into three groups: group A(40 cases,89 teeth) was treated with Beyond cold light tooth whitening,group B(42 cases,89 teeth) with Tree home teeth whitening package,and group C(38 cases,88 teeth) with PolaOffice clinic applying bleaching agent as control.The teeth bleaching brightness levels was measured with VITA shade guide and analyzed statistically.ResultsThe symptoms of discolored teeth were improved to some extent in three groups.The curative efficiency of group A(95.51%) and B(93.26%) was superior to the control group(group C,53.41%),P<0.01.There was no statistically significant difference between group A and B(P>0.05).ConclusionBeyond cold light tooth whitening and Tree home teeth whitening package were both effective for different types discolored teeth,but the former is more convenient and time saving.更多还原
