【摘要】 目的了解浙西地区(衢州、金华和丽水)基层医务人员艾滋病相关法律知识掌握现况,为政府部门开展相关知识培训提供帮助。方法对分县区随机抽样的38所乡镇卫生院的全部人员及19所县区医院随机抽出的部分不同岗位的医务人员,用问卷调查法了解其对艾滋病相关法律认知情况。结果乡镇卫生院医务人员艾滋病相关法律认知平均正确率为45.8%,低于县级医院57.0%(P<0.01)。各种类型医院艾滋病相关法律认知正确率仍然明显偏低,特别是基层卫生院。虽然部分内容检验医生、防保人员认知水平高于临床医生和护士,但总体来说,防保人员、临床医生、检验医生、护士岗位间的艾滋病相关法律认知并无统计学差异。结论浙西地区县区医院基层医务人员艾滋病相关法律认知水平仍较低,乡镇卫生院更为明显,需要进一步加强培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the knowledge on AIDS related laws among primary healthcare workers in west Zhejiang Province(Quzhou,Jinhua,and Lishui) and help government to carry out related training.Methods 38 township-level healthcare centers and 19 county or district-level hospitals were randomly selected.A survey on the knowledge on AIDS related laws was conducted among all the workers of the township-level healthcare centers and among the randomly-selected workers from different departments of the district-level hospitals.Results Among the workers of the township-level healthcare centers,the average cognition accuracy rate was 45.8%,lower than that in the county-level hospital healthcare workers(57.0%,P<0.01).The accuracy rate was significantly low in all the healthcare workers.There was no statistical difference in the knowledge among disease-preventing personnel,clinical doctors,testing doctors,and nurses.Conclusion The level of the knowledge on AIDS related laws is still low among primary healthcare workers in west Zhejiang Province,especially in town-level healthcare centers,thus training and education ought to be strengthened.更多还原
