【摘要】 目的探讨利培酮对于氯米帕明治疗强迫症的增效作用。方法将50例强迫症随机分为两组,氯米帕明与利培酮组及单独使用氯米帕明组,均治疗8周。采用强迫症量表(Y-BOCS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效。结果合并利培酮组有24例完成试验,氯米帕明组有25例完成试验。治疗8周后,两组Y-BOCS平均总分有明显下降,合并利培酮组优于氯米帕明组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HAMA、HAMD的评分均显著下降,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论合并利培酮对于氯米帕明治疗强迫症有增效作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the synergistic action of risperidone and clomipramine on obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD).Methods 4 patients with OCD were treated by risperidone combining with clomipramine and 25 patients were treated by clomipramine for 8 weeks.The curative efficacy was measured with Yale-Brown obsessive compulsive scale(Y-BOCS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD).Results After 8 weeks,there were significant differences in overall response showed by the reduction rate of Y-BOCS total scores,but not in HAMA and HAMD total scores between both groups.Conclusion Risperidone has additive effect on curative effects of clomipramine on OCD.更多还原
