【摘要】 目的观察葛根素联用赖诺普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床效果。方法将68例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组34例,对照组给予赖诺普利口服,治疗组在此基础上加用葛根素静脉滴注治疗,4周后观察尿微量白蛋白排泄率。结果治疗组尿蛋白改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论葛根素联用赖诺普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效显著,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of puerarin combined with Lisinopril on patients with early diabetic nephropathy(EDN).Methods68 EDN patients were randomly divided into two groups,Lisinopril was given for oral use in control group and treatment group.In addition,puerarin intervenous drop infusion therapy was applied in the treatment group.Urinary albumin excretion rate was observed 4 weeks later.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment group is obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).ConclusionThe combination of puerarin and Lisinopril has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with early diabetic nephropathy and it is worth popularizing.更多还原
