【Abstract】 Anemia is one of the commonest manifestations of leukemia.Majority of patients with leukemia(75%~90%)have already had anemia at diagnosis.Leukemic anemia is closely related to the quality of life and the tolerance to chemotherapy of patients with leukemia and needs to be appropriately treated as an important component of supportive care.Multiple mechanisms are involved in the pathophysiology of leukemic anemia.Blood component transfusion remains the mainstay of management of leukemic anemia.Rare types of leukemic anemia are also addressed from a clinical point of view for the purpose of correct resolution of these problems.A general consideration of leukemic anemia is introduced in the review.更多还原
