FCC烟气SO_x转移剂中试放大研究

【摘要】 以工业化生产为研究目标、富镁尖晶石为研究对象,使用工业级原材料,添加Ce,Fe,V等活性组元,采用压力式喷雾干燥装置,中试制备了几种符合工业应用的FCC烟气SO_x转移剂,摸索出最佳喷雾干燥生产条件,即热空气进塔温度740~760℃,出塔温度345~360℃,雾化压力5.0~5.5 MPa,料液温度80℃,料液固含量15%。对所得中试产品进行了实验室模拟工业装置脱硫性能评价。结果表明,中试放大的FCC烟气SO_x转移剂能有效地降低再生烟气中SO_x含量;水热老化使助剂的脱硫活性有所降低。

【Abstract】 SO_x transfer additive samples containing magnesium rich spinel and active components (Ce/Fe/V) were prepared in pilot plant scale using a spray drying device with pressure nozzle.The preparation conditions,esp.spray drying conditions,were investigated.Test results showed that microspheric samples having similar particle size distributions as FCC catalyst could be obtained using slurry with a solid content of 15%and a temperature of 80℃,under the spray drying conditions of hot air inlet temperature of 740—760 C,outlet temperature of 345—360℃and atomizing pressure in the range of 5.0—5.5 MPa.The SO_x transfer performance of the obtained samples was evaluated by microreactor and FFB simulating commercial FCC unit conditions.Results showed that the prepared SO_x transfer additive samples could effectively reduce the SO_x content in flue gas;hydrothermal treatment could reduce the SO_x transfer activity of additive in some way.
