【摘要】 目的了解我市公务员体检人群血液代谢指标-总胆固醇、血糖、尿酸的情况。方法将7 765例公务员分为≤44岁、45～64岁和≥65岁三个年龄组,分别统计不同年龄组、不同性别公务员高总胆固醇、高血糖和高尿酸血症的检出率。结果①7 765例公务员中,高总胆固醇的检出率为44.02%,高血糖的检出率为12.30%,高尿酸血症的检出率为11.59%。②三种代谢指标的检出率总体上随着年龄增加而增高。③在男女公务员之间,高总胆固醇的检出率无明显差别,而高血糖的检出率男性高,女性相对较低。④高尿酸血症的检出率男性高于女性;而≥65岁女性组,其高尿酸血症的检出率呈快速上升趋势。结论我市公务员群体的代谢异常较为普遍,应加强健康教育和保健防治工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To investigate the change condition of blood metabolic index(total cholesterol,fasting blood glucose and uric acid) in the officials of physical examination.Methods 7765 officials were divided into three groups: ≤44 years old group,45～64 years old group and ≥65 years old group.The ration of examination of high total cholesterol,high fasting blood glucose and high uric acid level were analyzed in the officials with different aged and sex groups.Results ①The ration of examination of high total cholesterol,high fasting blood glucose and high uric acid level were 44.02%,12.30% and 11.59 respectively.②The higher the age was,the higher the ration of examination of three metabolic indexes in the officials.③The ration of examination of total cholesterol was no different between the male and female officials.The ration of examination of high fasting blood glucose in the male group was higher than that in the female group.④The ration of examination of high uric acid level in the male group was higher than that in the female group.The ration of examination of high uric acid level in ≥65 years old female group was on the increase rapidly comparing with other the female groups.Conclusion The blood metabolic abnormality of the officials of physical examination was very common in Lianyungang city.The health education and protection should be strengthened furtherly for the officials.更多还原
