【摘要】 目的观察和分析手足口病患儿体液免疫状况。方法测定25例手足口病患儿血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)及补体C3水平,以同期34例健康儿童为对照组,比较两组IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3水平。结果与对照组相比,手足口病患儿血清IgG、IgA水平降低(P<0.001);IgM明显升高(P<0.001);但两者补体C3水平无显著差异(P>0.5)。结论手足口病患儿感染病毒后,体液免疫功能受到影响,导致血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA降低,而IgM明显升高,但对补体C3影响不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on the function of humoral immunity in children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods Levels of serum IgG,IgM,IgA and C 3 were detected in 25 children with HFMD,and their results were compared with those of normal controls.Results Serum levels of IgG and IgA were obviously reduced than those of normal controls(P <0.01,P <0.001).Serum level of IgM was significantly increased(P <0.001).There was no significant difference in serum level of C 3 between children with HFMD and controls(P >0.5).Conclusion The function of humoral immunity was changed after children infected with HFMD viruses,and serum levels of IgG and IgA were decreased;but serum level of IgM was significantly increased.There was no influence on serum level of C 3.更多还原
