16层螺旋CT脑血管成像在颅内破裂性动脉瘤诊断中的临床应用

【摘要】 目的探讨16层螺旋CT脑血管成像(CTA)在颅内破裂性动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析15例动脉瘤破裂性蛛网膜下腔出血、脑出血患者的16层螺旋CT脑血管成像及数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查资料,将CTA与DSA结果进行对照分析。结果CTA与DSA均发现破裂性动脉瘤15个,其中明显萎陷的动脉瘤1个;与DSA对照,CTA对破裂动脉瘤的检出率为100%。结论16层螺旋CT脑血管成像对颅内破裂性动脉瘤的检出率高、安全、快速,可以作为颅内破裂性动脉瘤首选的筛查方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the clinical value of 16-slice spiral CT angiography in diagnosis of ruptured intracranial aneurysm.Methods The data of 15 cases of ruptured intracranial aneurysm diagnosed by 16-slice CT angiography and digital subtraction angiography(DSA) were retrospectively analyzed.Results Fifteen cases of ruptured aneurysm were diagnosed by CTA and DSA.The aneurysm in one of them was obviously collapsed.The detection rate of CTA for ruptured aneurysm is 100% in comparison with DSA.Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT angiography is a precise,safe and quick method for diagnosis of ruptured intracranial aneurysm.It can be used as the preferred method for screening ruptured intracranial aneurysm.
