【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜下手术切除鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的方法及疗效。方法对32例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者,以彻底切除为原则,根据肿瘤不同部位,确定鼻内镜下手术切除范围,术后定期复查。结果术后随访12~36个月治愈28例,复发4例。结论鼻内镜下手术切除鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤,只要掌握好手术适应证,术后定期随访,疗效确切。对侵及上颌窦者联合柯陆经路可有效预防复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and effectiveness of nasal endoscopic removal of nasal inverted papilloma.Methods The nasal inverted papillomas of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus in 32 patients were removed through excision as the principal treatment according to locality of tumors under endoscopy,and these patients were regularly examined after operation.Results All these patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months after the operation,28 cases were cured and 4 relapsed.Conclustion If we can master surgical indications and follow-up,nasal endoscopic surgery is effective in treatment ofrhinosinusal inverted palilloma in combination with the removal of tumors involved maxillary sinus via Caldwell-Luc approach,and thus it may prevent the recurrence of tumor.更多还原
