【摘要】 目的探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗重度肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法自2002年12月至2007年10月,采用锁骨钩钢板及韧带修补术治疗36例肩锁关节脱位(TossyⅢ型)患者。结果33例获得随访,除1例患者术后出现再次脱位,其余患者未见肩锁关节半脱位,钢板松动断裂现象。肩关节功能恢复良好,按Lazzcano评定标准,优良率为93.9%。结论运用锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位疗效肯定,有利于肩关节早期功能锻炼,是治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位较好的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of clavicular hook plate in treatment of patients with severe acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods 36 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation(Tossy type Ⅲ) were treated with clavicular hook plate combined with ligament suture during the period from December 2002 to October 2007.Results 33 patients were followed up.Except for one patient with acromioclavicular joint dislocation recurred after operation,there was no signs of loosening,breakage or subluxation of acromioclavicular joint occurred in the remaining patients.The function of acromioclavicular joint was good.According to the system of Lazzcano,excellent and good rate was 93.9%.Conclusion When Tossy type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation is treated with clavicular hook plate,the acromioclavicular joint can exercise earlier and recover quickly.It is an effective surgical procedure.更多还原
