【摘要】 目的观察喹硫平治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)和多发性脑梗死痴呆(MID)患者的精神与行为症状的疗效。方法对23例AD和15例MID住院患者在治疗前及治疗4周后采用痴呆简易筛查量表(BSSD)和老年临床评定量表(SCAG)进行评定比较。结果喹硫平在临床应用中量小,治疗后BSSD总分[(15.86±7.04)分]较治疗前[(13.12±6.13)分]明显增加(P<0.01),且不良反应轻微;SCAG19项因子分除不关心环境、社交减弱、生活自理、近记忆缺损无改善外,其他15项因子分与治疗前明显减少,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论喹硫平治疗AD和MID的精神与行为症状疗效肯定,且老年患者对喹硫平顺应性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of quetiapine in the treatment of mental and behavioral symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease(AD) and multiple cerebral infarction dementia(MID).Methods Twenty-three cases of AD and 15 cases of MID were assessed by the brief screening scale for dementia(BSSD) and Sandoz clinical assessment geriatric(SCAG) for four weeks before and after the treatment.Results Quetiapine has an obvious effect on BPSD at the old age with small dose and weak side effect.The total scores of BSSD(15.86±7.04)after 4 weeks of treatment was higher than that before the treatment(13.12±6.13,P<0.01).The 15 of the 19 item factor scores of SCAG,except showing less concern environment,weaken social intercourse self-care living and latest memory,were significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusions Quetiapine is effective on mental and behavioral symptoms of AD and MID,and elderly patients have better compliance.更多还原
