【摘要】 目的探讨matriptase与其抑制因子(hepatocyte growth factor activator inhibitor-1,HAI-1)在前列腺癌(CaP)中的表达及其意义。方法用免疫组化Envision法检测matriptase和HAI-1蛋白在24例CaP、15例高分级前列腺上皮内瘤(PIN)及10例良性前列腺组织中的表达情况。结果在CaP中matriptase表达显著高于PIN(P<0.01),两者均显著高于良性前列腺组织(P<0.01)。CaP及PIN中HAI-1表达显著低于良性组织(P均<0.01),前两者间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。matriptase表达和HAI-1表达在不同年龄、CaP病理分级、临床分期及癌症是否转移组间存在差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论matriptase可作为CaP的早期诊断指标和治疗的新靶点;matriptase可与HAI-1结合作为判断CaP恶性程度及预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of matriptase and its inhibitor,hepatocyte growth factor activator inhibitor-1(HAI-1),in prostate cancer(CaP).Methods Envision immunohistochemistry was used to detect matriptase and HAI-1 protein expression in 24 cases of CaP,15 cases of prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia(PIN) with high classification and 10 cases of benign prostatic tissue.Results Compared with PIN,the expression of matriptase in CaP was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the expression of matriptase in these two groups was higher than that in benign prostatic tissue(P<0.01).The expression of HAI-1 in CaP and PIN was significantly decreased than that in benign prostatic tissue(all P<0.01).There was no significant difference in HAI-1 expression between CaP and PIN(P>0.05).The expression of matriptase protein and HAI-1 protein showed difference between groups with different pathological classifications,clinical stages,ages and with neoplasm metastasis of CaP or without(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions Matriptase could be used as the new target of early diagnosis and therapy for CaP;Matriptase combined with HAI-1 could be used as marker to determine the malignancy level of CaP.更多还原
