卫星微型雷达中刚柔耦合运动分析
Numerical Analysis of the Coupling between Flexible and Rigid Bodies on Satellite Radar
【摘要】 利用多体动力学分析软件ADAMS对某卫星微型雷达进行了运动学仿真,将影响卫星雷达精度的关键部件设为柔性体,以研究它们的弹性振动对雷达精度的影响。研究表明,由于柔性体的弹性振动存在,雷达镜面在原有刚性运动的基础上,会产生一定幅值的振动(X方向的影响最大,其振幅达到0.759mm),因此须提高主要支承框的刚度或改进运动副的参数。
【Abstract】 The mini-type satellite radar has been studied by the multi-body software package ADAMS.The key component of the mini-type satellite radar is appointed as flexible due to its elastic vibrating influence on the precision of the radar.The conclusive remarks show there is an obvious vibration(0-759 mm)in the direction of X on the mirror of the radar.Therefore,it is notable that the rigidity of the first support must be improved or the kinetic parameter must be modified.
