CPP-ACP抑制乳牙人工釉质龋的显微放射定量研究

【摘要】 目的:观察5%酪蛋白磷酸肽-非结晶型磷酸钙(CPP-ACP)溶液对体外形成的乳牙人工釉质龋的抑制作用。方法:30个拔除的滞留乳下切牙唇面开窗,置于乳酸凝胶中30h形成初期人工龋后随机分为3组,各组从开窗区中央劈开分为2部分,一半作为龋损基线,另一半分别用5%CPP-ACP、2%NaF和去离子水处理36h,再次放入乳酸凝胶中30h。标本磨片拍摄显微放射照片并测定龋损深度及脱矿量。结果:5%CPP-ACP组和2%NaF组形成的人工龋损深度浅,脱矿量变化小,与去离子水组有显著性差异(P<0.01),5%CPP-ACP组和2%NaF组龋损深度及脱矿量处理前后差异无显著性(P>0.05),而去离子水处理组处理前后差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:5%CPP-ACP对乳牙人工釉质龋损有抑制作用,其作用与2%NaF组相似。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of 5% casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate(CPP-ACP) solution on the inhibition of artificial caries on primary teeth enamel surfaces in vitro. Methods: 2 mm×2 mm holes on 30 deciduous teeth were made and immersed in lactic acid gel for 30 h to produce initial lesions. All samples were randomly assigned to three groups and sectioned from the center of holes longitudinally into two parts, one part was reserved as baseline lesion control and the other was treated with 5%CPP-ACP, 2%NaF and deionized water respectively for 36 h. Next, they were subjected to lactic acid for another 36 h to produce secondary lesions. The lesion depth and mineral loss of each specimen(two parts) were determined by microradiography and image analysis. Results: The samples in group 5%CPP-ACP and 2%NaF had the smaller depth and the less mineral loss among the three than deionized water groups(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between 5%CPP-ACP group and 2% NaF group(P>0.05). Furthermore, the depth and mineral loss in the lesions were not significantly different between baseline and secondary caries in group 5%CPP-ACP or in group 2% NaF(P>0.05), while deionized water group has the significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: 5%CPP-ACP solution have the inhibitory action of deciduous teeth in vitro, and it may arrest primary teeth enamel lesion progress as effectively as 2% NaF solution.
