城市交通短时交通信息自适应遗传预测方法
A Traffic Volume Information Forecasting Approach Based on Adaptive GA in City Transportation
【摘要】 目的根据交通流特性,建立短时交通信息预测模型,预测短时交通信息.方法在大规模、时变路网中,采用遗传算法进行短时交通信息的预测,建立了一种基于自适应遗传算法的短时交通信息预测模型,给出了相应的自适应遗传和变异算子,提出了适用于交通信息预测的模型评价指标.结果仿真试验表明自适应遗传算法短时交通流预测模型可以满足大规模路网中交通信息预测的准确性、实时性和快速性要求.结论采用自适应遗传算法进行交通信息预测优于基本遗传算法.
【Abstract】 In order to forecast the short time traffic volume information,the short time traffic volume information predication model is set up according to the characteristics of the traffic volume.In gigantic and time-varied traffic network,the traffic volume information forecasting method based on Genetic Algorithm(GA)is studied.The traffic volume information forecasting based on Adaptive GA(AGA)is constructed,and the corresponding adaptive genetic operator and mutation operator are proposed.The judgment criterion of the forecasting model,which is adapted to the above mentioned model,is proposed.It is indicated by contrast simulation that the presented method of forecasting has achieved the required accuracy,real-time and speediness in gigantic network.The conclusion is given that the AGA is more suitable for short time traffic volume information predication than GA.
