【Abstract】 This paper analyzes and explores basic model and existing problems of innovation ability cultivation for domestic medical undergraduates,and proposes a tentative ideas and thinking of constructing innovation ability cultivation system for medical undergraduates in the elementary stage,in oder to explore an innovation ability cultivation system with high effectiveness and high quality suitable for cultivating innovation ability of undergraduates,which proceeds both in an orderly way and step by step and links each other.Both are clear in arangement of ideas and less repetitions.更多还原
