【摘要】 立足高教园区,从解决实验设备资源不足以及解决高校公平与效率矛盾,提高高教园区整体素质以及贯彻科学发展观要求等几方面,分析了高教园区内进行实验设备资源共享的必要性,提出了实施高教园区内实验设备资源共享的方法、措施,即从创新管理模式、建立管理机构、配备管理人员、修订管理制度等几方面来促成高教园区内实验设备资源的共享。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the higher education park,the paper analyzes the necessity of resource sharing in the experimental equipment in the park from several aspects including solving the deficiency in such resources,solving the contradiction between equality and efficiency,improving the overall quality of the park and implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development and putting forward the ways and measures for such sharing in the light of innovating the management mode,establishing the management structure,providing the managerial personnel and revising the management system.更多还原
